Bach Flower Remedies were created by a Harley Street doctor back in the 1930’s. They are a simple safe and effective system of natural medicine now used worldwide by complimentary Health Practitioners to promote emotional wellbeing. Dr. Bach categorized 38 negative states of mind and so these remedies gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions such as fear, worry, hatred and indecision which interfere with the equilibrium of the being as a whole. The Bach Flower Remedies allow peace and happiness to return to the sufferer so that the body is free to heal itself. They are taken internally and sold in good health food stores, however, the client does require a practitioner for guidance in selection of the right remedies. This one-day class is available for CEU’s and for an extra small fee there is an online component to be completed for those that wish to have the International Certification Level one. Emotional health, often the root cause for many physical issues and skin disorders is an important part of our client’s overall wellbeing. Integrating essential oils into existing services is simple and can easily be adapted for each client’s individual needs. This class is Materia Medica based, covering 12 key oils to assist in restoring mental health, complimented by 6 cold pressed oils suitable for custom blending.
